I am relatively young but in final stage renal failure. I have a higher chance of survival IF I can recieve proper medical care AND LIVING ASSISTANCE in a different state. Get me OUT of Mississippi.
The long post w the good explanation is being shared but not inspiring much help. So, I simplified it.
My illness is straight up fatal. Not gonna beat around thatBush, anymore. I seem desperate for help because I AM desperate for help.
My nephrologist has seen enough improvement in my kidney function, lately, to believe someone my age (early 30s) might have a longer life WITH PROPER AND FREQUENT MEDICAL ATTENTION. Sadly, that just isn’t an option where I live.
Please, if you can help me with moving expenses (even just a couple of bucks) I would be grateful. I’m sinking fast in Mississippi and now my doctors are giving me too much hope to ignore. I wanna get out of this situation and I’m working my fatigued, brain-foggy ass off to make it out of here.
If I can undo the damage my heart failure caused to the rest of my body, I want to. I don’t want to spend another month KNOWING what I should be eating, what medicines I should be taking, what tests and treatments I should be getting… and receiving almost none of it because Mississippi lawmakers think people like me have somehow earned slow, painful deaths.

Don’t scroll past this. Kylie Armstrong was diagnosed with breast cancer and these small dimples were the only signs. She posted the image on Facebook so everyone knows that “that breast cancer is not always a detectable lump.” Here’s how Kylie is doing today.
“Family and friends, we moved into a new place and found out it has natural gas heat instead of electric. We have spent all our money to move and now we have no heat. My kids are spending the nights at their grandparents until we can get some heat. Honestly, it’s cold in here in the daytime too. All who know me, know I don’t ask for handouts, and this is hard BUT my babies need some heat so they can stay with their Momma. Help me if you can and pray for us please. Thank you.”
So, this ^^^ is my family (my little siblings in the picture). I don’t like posting pictures of the kids a lot, especially not to be reblogged, but they need a little help right now.
They’ve been trying to get a stable, safe place to live all year (a couple months ago, it was all of them staying in my grandparents’ 3 bedroom house. 11 people. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms…) and when they finally got a place, they ended up getting fucked over. Like, the roof fell in. The place wasn’t livable or safe by a long shot and the people renting it out got pissy about how much they needed to pay to fix it and started hassling my mom, taking back promises about discounts and whatnot.
They got really lucky and found a nice place with enough space for all of them but they still can’t stay there because it’s freezing in the house and after sinking hundreds of dollars into the other house and moving into this new one in such a short span of time, my mom can’t afford to get the heat turned on. Besides the kids needing a place to stay, my mom has had a really rough time not being able to have her children with her.
Literally any amount at all would be really appreciated or just a reblog if you can’t donate. If you’re interested in tarot readings, I’m totally willing to give you a free one no matter how little you donate. I just want the kids to be able to get settled in and stay for once. Thanks everyone 💖
Idk who donated & if they came from here or Facebook but I Love You
Three years ago, my dog went viral on Imgur and Reddit, thanks to this picture I took right after she’d yanked down a post from the front of our house with her bare strength.
But like the image above says, this is not a good post.
That dog above, the one that made so many people laugh, her name is Eva, and she’s my 7-year-old lab. She was just diagnosed with canine lymphoma.
Without chemo, she only has 3 months left with us. But her oncologist has given her a good prognosis with chemotherapy. She could live to see her 9th, 10th, and even 11th birthday.
Which means more years of this happy, ridiculous puppy.
The price to extend her life? $8500.
I nearly died when I saw the number. I’m paying off 4 student loans right now, and my parents are in insurmountable debt. I thought, this is it, we’re screwed. In between crying spells and anxiety attacks, I realized what my choices were: give up and let Eva go in the next 3 months, or crowdfund my ass off.
Internet: you’ve done it before, now I’m begging you, do it again. Spread Eva like wildfire. She deserves a second chance. She deserves the extra time, and all the fun and happiness she’ll have in that time.
Any amount you can donate will help tremendously. Please, help Eva.
Eva has raised over $3,000 in one week!!! Part of that is because of many tumblr users who have donated, thanks to so many of you reblogging this. Please keep sharing. Tag people you know who have lots of followers. Post it on your facebook. On reddit. On twitter. Everywhere!! I have 17 weeks to come up with $5,000 more for this fantastic pupper.
New tactic for week 2: anyone who reblogs this post will get an automatic follow from me. You don’t have to follow me back! If it gets more people to reblog this post, I’ll do whatever it takes.
